Every Eliza Dot Design piece is handmade and dyed by hand; therefore, color and pattern variations can and do happen occasionally! 

Shipping | Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

I want you to LOVE your purchase. So, if you don't, let me know within the first week of receipt of the item and we can make arrangements for an exchange or refund. Buyers are responsible for shipping both ways, so please make your purchases thoughtfully.

Keeping in mind that I do my best to ship promptly and pack items carefully; unfortunately, I cannot control what happens to the packages once I drop them off at the post office. I also cannot control the shipping times or be held responsible for damages or loss of your packages during transit unless you purchased insurance. If you are interested in upgrading your shipping by adding insurance, please let me know prior to purchase.

Lastly, each piece has imperfections and variations are part of the process and makes these pieces unique.
